You need to use a pre-certified hardware setup (think 5-6 figures $$$), or to have the FAA come to your house and certify your setup (think similar amount of money). The fact that X-Plane can be FAA certified is pretty much irrelevant to home-use. The video AddictedToFishing linked is of an injection driver from 2013, I don't believe it even works with DK2, and the experience is not great either way. At the moment there is no X-Plane DK2 support available, period (I've been in contact with X-Plane developers). Based upon their blog posts they are working on it, I'm sure we'll see it for CV1, it'll be amazing. X-Plane does not currently have publicly available Oculus support. I'll attempt to clear it up, if you could upvote my post it would help settle things down. The controversy seems to be due to a good bit of misinformation going around which is clouding things beyond an FSX bias.
